What You Provide
- An original article never distributed online or in print with a word count between 500-1000 words
- A digital picture of your self, email address, postal address and phone number
- A by-line for your article, 450 characters or less
- There can be no self promotion within any part of the article itself, that's reserved for the resource box
- Topic of article and what you are promoting (IE website, event, product, etc.)
